TransDigm in the UK
The Company began operating in the UK in 2012 when it acquired AmSafe Bridport – a Dorset-based safety systems business. TransDigm has a strong track record of investment in its British businesses and has invested over $100 million in its UK businesses to date through capital expenditures, research and development and engineering. It now employs approximately 2,000 people across nine UK manufacturing sites – reflecting its deep commitment to the country.
